Senior Marketing Manager

Rhubarb Hospitality Collection is looking for a dynamic Assistant Head of Marketing to help drive growth across a premium multi-site hospitality portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on delivering standout campaigns, building partnerships, and influencing at a senior level.

What you'll be doing

• Driving new business growth across a multi-site hospitality group through high-impact proposals
• Creating and overseeing premium, on-brand marketing materials tailored to clients, stakeholders, and procurement requirements
• Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, and outreach to generate pipeline and revenue
• Owning and evolving the marketing toolkit to ensure brand consistency and high quality output across all sites
• Leading and developing the marketing team, driving performance and alignment with commercial goals

What we're looking for

• An experienced marketing professional with a strong background in premium hospitality
• Proven team leadership and people management experience
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
• Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities

The role is hybrid based and our Rhubarb Head office is in South West London, the role will involve some travel to our sites and venues.
