An established, international B2B media and live events business, part of a larger global group, focused on the technology and enterprise infrastructure sector. The business runs a growing portfolio of senior-level international conferences and digital content reaching a large, highly engaged audience, with a current push to expand its events division across Spanish and Portuguese speaking markets.

Role responsibilities

Own the marketing strategy and delivery for a portfolio of international B2B conferences, growing paid and VIP attendee numbers year on year
Build targeted audience segments and craft messaging that speaks directly to different personas and stakeholder groups
Partner with speakers, sponsors and industry partners on campaigns that deliver measurable commercial impact
Direct the production of marketing collateral and digital assets across every channel in the mix
Hold full ownership of event marketing budgets and push the adoption of new marketing tools and technology
Coach and develop junior marketers within the team
Report performance against KPIs to senior leadership, including post-event reporting and analysisCandidate background

This role is not open to candidates without fluent Spanish or Portuguese, it is a genuine dealbreaker either way
6+ years' experience in B2B event marketing, ideally gained at a large conference or media business
Track record managing paid attendee and sponsorship campaigns
Excellent copywriter and communicator
Hands-on with CRM, marketing automation and social platforms
Commercially sharp, confident owning a budget and influencing senior stakeholders
Open to regular international travelClosing note
