Location: North Yorkshire / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Simon Acres Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of an integrated marketing strategy within a fast-growing consumer and e-commerce business.

This is a hands-on senior marketing role, combining strategic ownership with campaign delivery across brand, promotions, social media, content, customer engagement and reputation management.

The Role:

Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead a small marketing team and work closely with Commercial, Trading, Digital and Customer Service teams to deliver marketing activity that drives customer engagement and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and delivering the annual marketing strategy and integrated campaign calendar

* Leading, coaching and developing a small marketing team

* Managing the marketing budget, agencies and external suppliers

* Owning end-to-end multi-channel campaign delivery and performance

* Leading promotional planning alongside Commercial and Trading teams

* Developing the social media and content strategy across relevant channels

* Managing brand reputation, customer reviews, social listening and advocacy

* Working with Digital and CRM teams to improve customer segmentation, engagement and lifecycle communications

* Using data and customer insight to optimise campaigns, conversion and return on investment

* Providing clear marketing insight and recommendations to senior leadership

About You:

We are looking for a commercially minded senior marketer with a proven track record of delivering successful integrated campaigns within a consumer, retail, e-commerce or similarly fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have:

* Senior-level marketing experience with strong campaign management expertise

* Experience across promotions, social media, content and reputation management

* Proven experience leading and developing a small team

* Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills

* A data-led approach with a focus on measurable results

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery

* Experience within kitchens, home improvement, interiors, furniture or another considered-purchase retail category would be advantageous, as would experience across CRM, e-commerce, digital performance marketing and conversion optimisation
