Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate MUST have experience with PBSA marketing and over 5 years of experience leading a team!
You will be responsible for leading and developing a fantastic team, executing communication strategies, event management, content and campaign execution as well as focusing on operational and strategic alignment across the department!
This fantastic opportunity is based near Shepherds Bush with 4 days office based and 1 day WFH with a fantastic salary offering of up to £65,000 plus amazing benefits!!
  
Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships to ensure alignment with the company's strategic branding initiatives, providing leadership and creative direction to maximize marketing effectiveness within the PBSA market.
• Evaluate external providers performance against strategic goals, adjusting as necessary to drive results
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and executive impactful marketing initiatives that align with long-term business objectives.
• Lead the creation of innovative marketing content and campaigns that reflect the company's strategic vision and enhance brand visibility.
• Strategically lead the participation in key industry events and awards.
• Implement a corporate communications strategy that aligns with organisational goals.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage communications.
• Support the Head of Marketing and oversee when they are absent.
• Lead and manage a fantastic team overseeing the key areas such as digital marketing, branding, and content creation.

  
Requirements

• 6 years + in Marketing
• Experience working in PBSA
• Experience leading a team of 3+ 
• 2+ years experience within leadership and management
• Highly skilled in social media management, branding, and property marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools as well as Canva.
