Title: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Role: Electro-mechanical Systems
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £50k-£65k

You’ll be joining a talented, multidisciplinary team working at the cutting edge of innovation, delivering robust mechanical solutions that integrate seamlessly into larger, system-level platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Design & deliver complex mechanical subsystems within integrated platforms
+ Full product lifecycle development – concept generation, detailed design & design for manufacture
+ Conduct hands-on prototyping & testing
+ Work in a highly skilled multidisciplinary engineering team
+ Project leadership – lead projects, mentor & technically guide engineers

Key Requirements:
+ Background in developing electro-mechanical systems
+ Strong 3D CAD skills
+ Proven experience in developing new products & precision mechanisms
+ Knowledge of a range of manufacturing techniques
+ Hands on and practical skills – prototyping & testing
