We're partnering with a well-established engineering consultancy, known for its innovative approach and collaborative culture, to find an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Suffern, NY. With over 50 years in the industry, this firm continues to lead in the building systems sector, providing a strong foundation for career growth and technical leadership in a supportive environment.

• Lead HVAC system design for diverse building projects

• Coordinate across trades and disciplines for fully integrated solutions

• Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and workforce planning

• Engage with clients and attend design meetings

• Support construction administration and site investigations

• Select systems, equipment, and fixtures that drive efficiency and compliance

• BS in Mechanical Engineering (or related)

• 8+ years of experience designing HVAC systems for buildings

• PE license (must-have)

• Solid AutoCAD skills (Revit a plus)

• Strong grasp of mechanical and energy codes

• Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
