Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be leading on the mechanical design and project coordination, working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors. You’ll be involved from early-stage design to commissioning, bringing a practical, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for quality.

You’ll Be Doing Things Like:

• Attending and contributing to client and design team meetings
• Conducting surveys, feasibility studies, and writing detailed technical reports
• Producing detailed mechanical design schemes and specifications
• Reviewing contractor documentation and providing technical support during installation
• Supporting cost planning and assessing tenders
• Mentoring junior engineers and identifying training needs
• Spotting business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the practice

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Mechanical Engineer in building services
• Confident communicator and client liaison
• Comfortable with both technical delivery and project leadership
• Proactive and organized with excellent attention to detail
• Familiar with relevant regulations and professional standards (CIBSE, etc.)
