I am working with a leading engineering consultancy that is currently experiencing exceptional growth across its mechanical engineering team. Due to a surge in exciting long-term projects across multiple sectors, they are looking to hire Senior Mechanical Engineers with extensive product development experience to join their dynamic and innovative technical team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a technical lead role in a diverse range of projects, spanning consumer products, novel transport solutions, and safety-critical medical devices. You will work closely with a multi-functional team of designers, electronics specialists, and software engineers to develop cutting-edge solutions that make a real impact.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will:
? Lead and manage technical projects from concept through to completion.
? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical, electronic, and software design elements.
? Play a hands-on role in designing, prototyping, and testing innovative mechanical solutions.
? Oversee and mentor junior engineers, ensuring high technical standards.
? Manage project budgets, timelines, and client relationships.

?? A problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
?? Experience working in a product design or development environment.
?? Strong skills in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and computational techniques.
?? Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection moulding and rapid prototyping.
?? A track record of successfully leading engineering projects and client relationships.
?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?? A 1st or Upper 2nd degree in Mechanical Engineering (or an equivalent technical qualification).
?? Must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to work on-site in Warwick.
