Senior Mechanical Site Manager

Location: West London

Salary: £65,000-£70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

ROCMEP is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Site Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-profile developments, with the support of a business that values collaboration, professionalism, and getting the job done right.

As Senior Mechanical Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of mechanical works on site — managing subcontractors, coordinating the build, and making sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and to the highest standard. You'll be the key on-site link between our teams, subcontractors, consultants, and the client.

• Lead all mechanical site activities on large residential projects.

• Manage site teams and subcontractors to meet project goals and timelines.

• Act as the main point of contact for all mechanical site coordination.

• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and quality.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive site culture.

• Proven site management experience on residential mechanical projects.

• Confident leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate teams, solve problems, and drive project delivery.

• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold) certification.
  
  

• £65,000-£70,000 salary
