SENIOR MEDIA PLANNER
Job Description:-

Responsibilities :-
● Develop campaign and channel strategy recommendations based on client briefs
● Tailor media strategies to evolving client challenges throughout campaigns
● Manage relationships with third-party providers and negotiate media packages
● Curate complex media plans and ensure timely campaign launches and asset sharing
● Analyse campaign data to derive insights and optimise performance
● Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders
● Directly manage and mentor a team of media professionals

Requirements :-
● 3-5 years of experience in media planning, management, and negotiation
● Recruitment / Employer Branding agency experience preferred
● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and digital marketing
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a growing media team
● Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members
