My client is a leading design and engineering consultancy and they are looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London. The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will quickly become an integral part of the site based team delivering cutting-edge mechanical, electrical, fire and communication systems for London's state-of-the-art HS2 Station at Old Oak Common.

My client is seeking an experienced, innovative Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with strong pre and post-contract management expertise in the UK rail or infrastructure sectors and an in-depth understanding of NEC3/4 contracts. In this role, you'll drive efficiency's, engage supply chains, manage risks, and lead commercial negotiations and cost reporting on an exciting, complex and high profile project.

Essential requirements include a relevant degree, the right to work in the UK, and proven main contractor or large MEP subcontractor experience. You'll also require an in depth knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts and first class communication skills.

The successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will be offered a position that includes excellent career progression, hybrid working and a generous salary & package that includes:

• Starting salary of £60,000 to £85,000
