Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

A top-tier, international construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join and help lead the next growth phase of their thriving M&E cost management division in Birmingham.

This is a rare opportunity for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in building out a specialist MEP team within a high-performing, 100-strong office. With over 40 Quantity Surveyors already in place and a committed MEP team of 4, this firm is investing heavily in expanding its CMES (Cost Management Engineering Services) offering-with 10 new hires planned.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be given responsibility from day one-not just in project delivery, but also in helping shape the team, mentoring junior staff and working alongside senior leaders to define the future of the division.

This is more than a project role. The successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will help manage and grow a small, close-knit M&E cost management team, with a clear path to Associate.

You'll work on major commercial, logistics, life sciences, and stadium projects-many of which are high-value, confidential international schemes via the Major Projects team.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Previous M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy environment
• Client facing & professional
• Ideally a RICS Accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying desirable) or other construction related degree
• MRICS highly desirable or currently working towards
