The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will work across a variety of high-profile projects in the UK, including:

• Data Centres
• Healthcare & Life Sciences
• Commercial Offices
• Sports & Leisure

You will play a key role in delivering MEP cost consultancy services across all project stages, while helping to drive innovation within the team. As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will also be encouraged to support and mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the MEP offering.

This position offers a structured route to Associate level and beyond, with tailored career development plans and clear progression pathways.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy
• The desire & ability to mentor and manage more junior surveyors and help strengthen the MEP service
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
