Senior Merchandiser - 12 Month Fixed term - Contemporary Women's -High growth DTC
Salary up to £65k
London- Hybrid 3 days office-based

Are you looking for an exciting new Senior Merchandiser role with a brand that has a point of difference?

Fella and Jones have exclusively partnered with this hugely successful omnichannel retailer. The business has seen huge success across all channels and is renowned for its design-led product offering. They are looking for a talented Senior Merchandiser with excellent trading experience both offline and online where you will be working with product teams to build and trade the collection and using data to make commercial insights.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing and delivering the budgets along with mark down strategy with the trading director.
Managing and running WSSI and stock reports.
Tracking sales, customer engagement metrics, and conversion rates to understand customer behaviour and product performance.
Working closely with design and buying to deliver a commercial range.
Ensuring optimum stock levels to maximise sales potential
Working with the digital team to ensure visual representation of products on the website, features, homepage, category pages, and promotions to maximise sales.
Manage OTB, taking action on rebuys and cancellations
Highlighting any risk
Overseeing all online trading activity, making recommendations and using analytics to make informed decisions.

Ideally you will:
Been operating an established merchandiser or senior merchandiser.
Be open to committing to a 12-month contract to become more permanent.
You will be highly analytical with a can-do attitude with experience of working closely with design and product teams.
Experience working in a DTC online retailer in a trading environment.
Experience in managing a team.
