Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive business decisions? We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior MI Developer to join our Operations team in Brentwood. This is a great opportunity to work at the core of data reporting, analysis, and business intelligence within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the integrity of MI processes and reporting systems
• Build accurate and timely reporting solutions using technologies such as SQL, SSRS, SAS, and Excel
• Support and lead data migration and reporting projects with both internal and external partners
• Investigate and resolve data processing issues quickly and effectively
• Deliver regular and ad hoc MI reports as part of a structured demand process
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a similar MI or data analytics role
• Strong data manipulation and reporting skills using SQL (SSRS, SAS, and Excel desirable)
• Proven experience in delivering reporting solutions in a business environment
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data quality
• Familiarity with data confidentiality standards and secure reporting
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage workload independently and under pressure
