We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer to design and deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365, Azure and AI solutions.

You’ll work across SharePoint Online, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, Azure and AI technologies, turning complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. You’ll also have opportunities to mentor colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to the development of modern cloud and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver production-ready Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure and AI solutions.
Develop secure cloud solutions using Azure, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
Build integrations and automation using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs and managed identities.
Develop AI-enabled applications using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the team.
Produce technical documentation, estimates and presentations for technical and client audiences.
Stay up to date with Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud development and responsible AI technologies.
About You
You’ll have strong hands-on experience across SharePoint Online development and Microsoft cloud technologies, including:

Expert TypeScript and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) skills.
Strong Microsoft Graph API, PnP Core, PnP PowerShell and SharePoint development experience.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Search and Term Store.
Strong PowerShell skills for administration, automation and migration.
Experience with Azure PaaS, including Azure Functions, Storage, Logic Apps, APIs and managed identities.
Experience developing with C# and .NET Core.
Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry or similar AI development platforms.
Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and/or Bicep.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub, source control and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments, including estimation and technical delivery.
Security Clearance
This role may require Security Check (SC) clearance. Applicants should therefore be able to confirm whether they are a British passport holder with five years' UK residency when applying.
