Your new role
Reporting to the Infrastructure Solutions Manager, this role is a great opportunity to join a skilled and motivated IT team focused on designing and delivering Modern Workplace solutions. The team sits within IT Services and is made up of technical experts who lead on IT design and provide Level 3 support across the business. They work with the latest technologies to deliver solutions that support business success. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Windows 11 security features.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven L2/L3 experience with Microsoft Intune (iOS/Windows) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (OSD).
• In-depth expertise in securing Windows 11 operating systems.
• Strong background in the design and implementation of Windows Autopilot.
• Advanced configuration of Entra Conditional Access policies.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
• Robust skills in hybrid client configuration and troubleshooting across diverse environments.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in the design and deployment of Windows 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (VDI).
• Microsoft certifications or equivalent hands-on experience in relevant technologies.
