Senior Mortgage Advisor

Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor with a minimum of 2 years of advisory experience, seeking a new opportunity?

We are currently looking for skilled advisers who meet these qualifications to join our client’s expanding team in the Colchester area. They are a rapidly growing, independent Mortgage and Protection firm offering a unique opportunity to join their team as a Senior Mortgage Advisor and can offer a fantastic lead source with uncapped commission.

They are offering for the successful Senior Mortgage Advisor:

• Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 - £70,000
• Strong Commission Structure

Working Hours:

• Office Based
• Monday – Friday | 9 – 5:30
• Alternate Saturdays (Lieu Day in return) 10 – 5

Senior Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience
• Proven track record of writing 10+ mortgages a month
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Handling more specialist cases
• Supporting team initiatives
• Mentoring Trainee Advisors
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Highly organised with effective time management
