We are looking to bring onboard an experienced Senior M.V.H.R Engineer into our office in Weston-super-Mare. Responsibilities: Service and Maintain MVHR, MEV and PIV systems in domestic properties Carry out fault finding and diagnostics on ventilation and heat recovery systems Perform flow rate testing, balancing, commissioning, and system optimisation Ensure all work complies with building regulations Part F and ventilation standards Accurately complete service reports and documentation Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance Skills & Experience Experience working with MVHR / ventilation systems Experience in fault finding and system diagnostics Good understanding of Part F Building Regulations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team The package: £40,00 base salary Contributory Pension scheme Life assurance 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays Sureserve Benefits Hub, accessing over 1000’s retail discounts Virtual GP service, 24/7, 365 days, available for employees and your immediate family Employee assistance programme (EAP), available 24/7. 365 days, for employees and your immediate family Sureserve is an equal opportunities employer, dedicated to nurturing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
