Senior National Account Manager FTC

Contract type: 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Market Drayton

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and inspiring your team, building capability and driving high performance


• Managing key customer accounts, delivering profitable growth beyond targets


• Building strong, collaborative customer relationships to unlock new opportunities


• Applying category expertise to influence strategy and maximise brand performance


• Championing a growth mindset and embedding strong negotiation practices


• Working cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing and Category teams to deliver for your customers

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior National Account Manager


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire others


• A confident communicator who can influence and tell compelling stories


• Resilience and creativity to drive results and maximise commercial delivery in a fast paced environment


• Passion for the Müller brand and the ability to spot growth opportunities


• A collaborative approach, working with multiple stakeholders across the business
