These guys are focused on health for all without sacrificing on taste & the it is paying off - they are at the start of their journey so this is a mightily exciting moment to join.The Role: We are looking for a commercially driven 'go getter' of a Senior National Account Manager to step in and manage current customers, but add significant new customers to drive revenue growth. We need a health driven, down to earth personality profile style to fit the customer cultural mould who is hell bent on driving growth and progressing in this business quickly. Full strategic responsibility for UK Retail accounts.Full management of P&L.Management of 1 direct report and remit to build the team outClose cross functional work with Operations, Marketing and Founder led SLTResponsible for business growth metrics and reportingAbout You: You will already have a strong background in large branded consumer food/beverage business and have experienced at least 2 rotations on a top 4 customer. You must come from an FMCG background with a preference for branded consumer product.Experience in a sales role winning new customer listing or driving distribution growth is essential.FMCG big business or large branded training backgroundExperience of presenting to customers and building toolkitsBundles of energy and creativity - this is an SME!Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally to entice people to get on board and come on the journey these guys are a social bunch so bring your A game.We need ambitious and driven candidates looking to progress in their careers for this business.
