We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate
Senior NDT Technician
to come and join our growing inspection service team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Title:
Senior NDT Technician
Salary: We are keen to offer a competitive compensation package to the successful candidate based on experience and current market, therefore, we actively encourage candidates to disclose their salary expectations at screening stage.
Hours: 37.5 per week –
overtime paid at 1.5x weekdays, double time weekends!)
Location:
role based in
Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire – local and international travel required
About the role
The principle responsibilities of this role are:
Responsible for HSQE initiatives and alignment with Companies HSQE Strategy
Operational responsibility for service delivery of NDT services
Operational responsibility for the safety of NDT personnel both on Team and client sites
Ensure compliance with all company and statutory procedures and standards at all times.
Ensure project quality control inspection procedures are adhered to and are in line the company quality management system.
Be the operational focal point and liaison between the client and company regarding the delivery of work
Promoting the company's range of services
Promoting integrated relationship with clients.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
PCN Level 2 in MPI, DPI and UT
A Full UK Driving License
Significant NDT experience
Must have a sound knowledge of the fabrication process and can demonstrate an understanding of the key inspection and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methodologies and their application.
Exceptional communication skills at all levels with both internal and external customers
Experience of managing and supervising of staff
ECITB Safety leadership & IOSH & NEBOSH (desirable)
Radiography, ECT, AUT, PAUT, TOFD, HRD, PMI, CSWIP (desirable)
