This role is ideal for a property professional with strong negotiation skills, a sharp eye for value, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out accurate property valuations using market insights and property-specific data.
• Lead negotiations, securing favourable terms while maintaining professionalism.
• Communicate clearly with clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the process.
• Maintain detailed records of valuations and negotiations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Stay up to date on market trends and industry developments.
• Use multilingual skills to effectively serve a diverse client base.
