Job Description - Senior Negotiator

Senior Sales Negotiator

  • Annual Salary: Competitive base salary, + commission + bonus
  • Location: North London
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Company

A UK wide Estate Agency, established for over 30 years. Due to growth, they are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team on a permanent basis in North London.

This role offers the unique blend of local expertise and national reach, thanks to the vast network of independent franchises.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct sales valuations and ensure compliance with sales regulations.
  • Develop and implement sales marketing strategies.
  • Manage the full 360-cycle of sales from initial viewing to final progression.
  • Initially focus on database management before moving on to spearhead marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to enhance sales tactics and client engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of sales compliance and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivation to grow within the company and assist in team expansion.

  • Competitive commission structure including:
    • 10% on completed sales.
    • 15% on properties taken and sold that had no prior contact with the company.
    • Additional bonuses for mortgage and solicitor sign-ups.
    • 5% on new introduced letting stock, upon completion.
  • Wide borough permit for car.
  • Opportunities for additional commissions during team absences.
  • Standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM.
  • One weekday off (Tuesday or Thursday).
  • 28 days of holiday per year, including bank holidays.
