Senior Nurse – RGN

Salary:Up to £49,500 per annum

37.5 hours per week

Shift times: 08:00 - 20:30

Our client is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Nurse (RGN) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered General Nurse with a background in care homes or similar settings. In this role, you will lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a care home or similar health or social care setting

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge

• Understanding of CQC Regulations and other relevant legislation

• Experience with Quality Assurance systems and clinical audit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising the nursing and care staff

• Ensuring the provision of person-centred care and support to residents

• Monitoring and upholding clinical standards and compliance with CQC Regulations and other relevant legislation

• Contributing to the development and implementation of quality assurance systems and clinical audit

• Working with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and well-being

• Participating in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans

• Offering mentorship and training to junior staff members
