Are you a compassionate and experienced Nurse looking to step into a leadership role on nights? We're seeking a dedicated Senior Nurse to join a well-regarded care home, providing exceptional care during night shifts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident RGN or RMN to take the lead, support the night care team, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of clinical care throughout the night.

? What You'll Do as Senior Nurse:

• Lead and supervise the night team, ensuring safe, effective delivery of care
• Oversee medication rounds and clinical tasks
• Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on nursing care as needed
• Complete and review care documentation and handovers
• Work closely with families, GPs, and external professionals when required
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed in line with regulatory standards

? What We're Looking For in the Senior Nurse:

• NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
• Previous experience in elderly or dementia care is desirable
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to lead a shift
• Confident decision-maker with a calm, professional approach
