Location - Lancaster
Salary - £36-£37 based on experience
Hours - 37.5 hours per week, flexible day and night shifts available You will be based in a 17-bedroom facility, nestled in serene and private rural surroundings. As a Senior Nurse, you will provide clinical expertise and leadership to assist patients on their recovery journey, whether through clinical interventions or holistic support. Upholding high care standards for our clients, you will contribute to service enhancement and innovation for continuous improvement. Leading nurses on shift, you will guide them in prioritising patients' clinical care through effective time management, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach. Ideal Candidate:
- Registered General Nurse status and relevant qualifications
- Ability to engage with challenging individuals and establish trusting relationships

- Team management experience (minimum 1 year)
- Passion for supporting individuals and delivering exceptional care
