Senior Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
£28,000 | Full-Time Hours
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This role is ideal for an early years professional with a Level 3 qualification who is looking to take the next step in their career, supporting the delivery of high-quality care and education in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
The nursery provides a warm and welcoming ‘home from home’ setting, where children are encouraged to develop independence, confidence, and curiosity through play-based learning. If you have a strong understanding of child development and a passion for creating enriching learning experiences, we would love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working in an early years setting, with a strong knowledge of child development.
Confidence in supporting a team and promoting best practices in early years education.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.

Your Responsibilities
Deliver High-Quality Care & Learning – Support the development of a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children.
Plan & Implement Activities – Create age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Monitor & Track Development – Observe and assess children’s progress, adapting activities to support individual learning needs.
Support & Inspire the Team – Lead by example, ensuring best practices are followed and providing guidance to junior team members.
Build Strong Parent Partnerships – Foster open communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress.
Maintain Safeguarding Standards – Ensure all policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines are followed at all times.
