Job Description - Senior Onboarding Analyst

QED are excited to be working with a leading Fintech that are looking to bring on a new Team Leader for their Onboarding team.

in this role

You’ll lead a team conducting KYC checks and risk assessments for new business and personal customers.
You'll manage daily onboarding operations, ensuring compliance with AML regulations and the firm’s risk framework.
This role involves mentoring the team, maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards, and working with Compliance and Risk teams to resolve escalations and improve processes.

About you:

Experience in Leadership and coaching within a Financial Services Environment
Excellent experience in Onboarding, CDD and AML
Previous experience with onboarding and compliance systems
