We are supporting a growing financial services firm preparing to become a UK-licensed bank. They’re now hiring a Senior Operational Risk Manager to embed and put into practice an established Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) as they move into their next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed the existing Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) across the business
• Lead and manage the RCSA process - identify, assess, and monitor key operational risks
• Support delivery of the Operational Resilience strategy, including scenario testing and risk mapping
• Develop and implement supporting policies, procedures, and controls
• Promote strong risk culture and work closely with senior stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

• Proven Operational Risk experience within financial services or banking
• Strong understanding of RCSA and Operational Resilience
• Ability to translate frameworks into day-to-day practice
• Confident drafting and rolling out policies and procedures
• Experience working in a regulated environment (PRA/FCA)
