About the company:

Our Client is a rapidly growing boutique service provider offering outsourced middle and back office services to the asset management industry, with a particular focus on hedge funds. Their team comprises seasoned professionals from the buy side, dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.

The Role:

As a Senior Operations Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in providing daily middle and back office support to their clients, predominantly hedge funds and alternative asset funds. You'll also oversee and manage client relationships and third-party service providers, ensuring seamless operations across a diverse range of products and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily trade bookings and reconciliations
Cash and position management
Corporate actions processing
Trade settlement queries and reconciliation
NAV reconciliation and expense accrual management
FX hedging and fund reporting
Client relationship management and issue escalation
Team management and training
Process improvement and project management
Skills and Experience Required:

5-10+ years of industry experience, with at least 2+ years on the buy side or with a Tier 1 administrator
Strong product knowledge across equity, derivatives, futures, options, and FX
Experience with fund structures and valuation
Proficiency in systems such as Enfusion, AlphaDesk, Watson Wheatley iRecs, etc.
Excellent Excel and IT skills
Relationship-focused with strong communication skills
Ability to lead and collaborate within a team
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively
