Senior Operations Director - The role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Operations Director to lead and optimise operational functions across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a track record in operational leadership, looking to make a tangible impact in a dynamic organisation.

Senior Operations Director – Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of the operational strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and objectives

- Oversee the management of all non-educational functions, including community provision, estates, IT, catering and health & safety

- Deliver on the preparation and presentation of financial reports and analysis for the Board and its subcommittees, supporting strong and transparent governance

- Ensure a commitment to the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Senior Operations Director – You:

- Minimum of 5 years' senior leadership experience in the education or public sector

- Multi-site operations experience is essential to the role

- Strong financial acumen, with experience overseeing costs and budgets

- Managed different functions, including estates management, IT, and facilities

- Relevant Professional qualifications such as finance or estates management
