Are you an experienced Operations Manager from an Engineering, Telecommunications or Technical Services background looking to take a senior leadership role, with full autonomy, progression plans into Directorship and strategic training?

You will work closely with senior leadership to improve processes, develop operational strategies and manage key customer relationships.

This role would suit an Operations Manager from a technical or engineering background looking for a highly autonomous position offering long-term progression and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the business.

The Role:

Oversee day-to-day engineering, technical service and operational activities.
Manage project delivery, resources, budgets and operational performance.
Monday - Friday, flexible and hybrid working.

The Person:

Operations Management experience within Radio, Telecommunications, Technical Services or a related industry.
Proven experience managing teams, resources, projects and operational performance.
Commutable to West London.
