Shift & Pay

DAYS - Monday to Friday (7am-3pm)
No rotating shifts
Full-time hours
Temp-to-permanent opportunity

Easy Commute

Company bus available for just £3 per day
Serving Portsmouth, Havant, Waterlooville and surrounding areas

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be leading from the front - not stuck behind a desk:

Supporting and motivating your team to hit targets
Keeping production running smoothly and efficiently
Coaching operators and helping develop their skills
Stepping in to solve problems and reduce downtime
Driving standards around quality, safety, and performance
Supporting training, return-to-work processes, and team development
Getting involved in continuous improvement and Lean/5S activities
