Our client based in Romford is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Graduate to join their team.
You will take full ownership of your projects, running them day-to-day from initial inception through to successful completion. You will be responsible for working on multiple fast track fit out projects, delivering cost management services, while acting as a trusted client‑facing representative of the business.
You will primarily be based from our Romford office, with regular travel to sites across the UK.

Essential Requirements
Experience in Quantity Surveying. Strong background in fast‑paced, high‑volume fit‑out projects (ranging from £100K to £5 Million). Projects include new fit out, refurbishments, extensions and alterations and multi-site roll out programmes. Proven experience running your own projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. Experience in the administration of JCT construction contracts. Excellent client‑facing skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Willingness and flexibility to work on projects across the UK. Ability to work from our Romford office as your main base Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail Excellent communication and negotiation skillsDesirable
Chartered (MRICS) or working towards chartership Experience in client-side consultancy and working within an SME What We Offer
