\nWhat You’ll Do
  • Manage the design and execution of our Moneybox leadership development programme to enhance leadership capabilities and drive Moneybox’s cultural evolution to support business growth.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of a scalable Learning & Development programme that supports in-role skill development, career progression, and drives business performance.
  • Champion a learning and growth mindset throughout the organisation, promoting initiatives that encourage self-driven development and cross-functional knowledge-sharing.
  • Manage the development of a DE&I strategy that fosters an inclusive workplace, promoting diversity of thought, background, and experience across all levels.
  • Manage the creation, and delivery of training programmes as required, including onboarding and core management skill programmes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce learning, assessing learning needs and trends.
  • Provide insights and thought leadership in areas of change management and workforce planning.
  • Leverage data to track the effectiveness of initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders to communicate progress and refine approaches as needed.
  • Evaluate external vendors, tools, and platforms, recommending those that best align with the company's needs and budget.
Who you are
  • Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to drive change, inspire others, and build alignment on strategic initiatives across all levels of the organisation.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to draw insights, and formulate actionable strategies from scratch, even with limited resources.
  • Hands-on experience: Extensive experience in executing and directing projects.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, remaining agile and responsive to changing business needs.  You will be driven, motivated and looking to continue your career at a fast-growing scale-up.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong focus on delivering impactful results, with an emphasis driving tangible impact.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills and excellent presentation capabilities
Experience and Skills
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced, high growth tech organisation in an OD, Talent or L&D role.
  • 10+ years experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management, or HR, with proven success in senior-level roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise across talent, learning, DE&I and leadership development.
  • Ability to align OD strategies with broader business goals, making data-driven decisions to support business performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at a senior level and build collaborative relationships across the organisation.

The majority of our team will work on a hybrid basis, spending 2 days in the office per week. Our office is in Southwark, London, by the Oxo Tower.
