Our team in our Warwickshire Hospital currently have an opportunity for a Senior Scrub Practitioner. As a Senior Scrub Practitioner you will; Work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment and facilities which are all state-of-the-art. Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team. Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate. Be trained as a Surgical First Assistant or be prepared to undertake the training with us at Nuffield Health. Experienced in completing clinical audits where appropriate - full training will be provided. The Person To succeed as a Senior Scrub Practitioner you will have; High levels of focus and engagement. A passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker. You will also be flexible and motivated. Promote the best evidence based practice within own scope of practice. Able to engage with colleagues at all levels across the hospital and contribute appropriately to achieving hospital goals within a multi-disciplinary team. Helping you feel good.
