SENIOR PA

Hours: full time, hybrid working offered

This first-class law firm are looking for a Senior PA to join its expanding team in Leeds. You will provide support to the Partner and their wider national team as required. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise skills within a growing team.

Daily Duties

• Managing a busy inbox and complex diaries including managing meetings and appointments
• Making travel arrangements and hotel bookings
• File management, creating an effective and efficient system
• Dealing with correspondence and queries
• Drafting and amending legal documents
• Arranging meetings and booking conference rooms
• Taking minutes of meetings, following up on action points and distributing documents.

Required Skills

• Good communication and IT (MS Office) skills
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
