The Role: Senior Paid Media Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategic Campaign Management: The Senior Paid Media Manager will plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and other key social channels
• Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and report results, ensuring a proactive and agile approach to media management
• Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable value
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally, lead by example, and support the development of junior team members by sharing best practices and guiding campaign delivery

About You:

To be successful as a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will:

• Have demonstrable experience running and refining paid media campaigns within a performance marketing setting
• Be confident managing multi-channel budgets, interpreting analytics, and making data-led decisions
