Forward Role proudly placed the fantastic Paid Social Manager who has done an incredible job of growing and scaling the paid social accounts on a global scale this past 6 months, and the team is growing already!

We’re partnering with this high-growth D2C business once again to find a Paid Social Executive (or Senior, depending on experience) to join their thriving in-house team.

The Role

Reporting into the Paid Social Manager, you’ll support the execution, optimisation, and scaling of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms. Your work will help shape strategy across both UK and global markets, and you’ll play a vital role in creative testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
• Track and report on campaign performance, extracting insights to inform decisions.
• Build and refine audience segments to drive acquisition and retention.
• Support creative briefing and contribute to the development of high-performing assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support localisation and regional rollouts.
• Apply a test-and-learn approach to optimise key KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years' hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (Meta is essential; TikTok/Snapchat a plus).
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.
• A passion for performance marketing and a strong grasp of audience targeting and campaign structure.
• Experience working with creative teams to deliver and iterate paid assets.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• Bonus if you’re familiar with GA4 or other analytics tools.
