We’re working with a boutique, well-established financial planning firm based in Bedfordshire, seeking a technically strong Paraplanner to join a close-knit team and laid-back team of advisers and support staff.

This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who enjoys complex report writing, cashflow modelling, and estate planning - the opportunity to partake in client meetings will also present itself where value can be added.

You'll be working alongside a junior paraplanner and directly supporting advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing suitability reports for reviews and recommendations
• Building and maintaining cashflow forecasts
• Performing technical calculations (e.g., IHT, bond gains)
• Collaborating with advisers and attending occasional client meetings
• Supporting the evolution of internal processes and reporting standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma qualified (or near completion), or multiple years’ paraplanning and report writing experience
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and tax planning
• Familiarity with back-office systems and financial planning tools
• Comfortable working as part of a small team and taking initiative
