Senior Paraplanner

Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to work more closely with advisers, gain exposure to client meetings, and join a forward-thinking firm embracing technology?

A well-established and growing financial services practice in Bedford is seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join their friendly and professional team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside the Managing Director and three Financial Advisers, contributing to bespoke financial plans for high-net-worth clients.

With a strong reputation for delivering personalised financial and investment advice, the firm is continuing its growth journey and investing in new technologies, including AI-powered financial planning tools.

Role Requirements:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)

• Strong experience in a financial planning/wealth management firm

• Experience with cash flow modelling and complex financial planning

• Comfortable using back-office systems (e.g., Intelligent Office or similar)

• Strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail

• Client-facing experience preferred, or confidence to step into that space
