Senior Paraplanner

?? Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)

?? Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday–Friday, flexible between 8:30am–5:30pm)

Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a dynamic and award-winning financial services firm? Our client, a respected and fast-growing wealth management business, is seeking a technically strong Paraplanner to support their advisory team in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.

• Analysing client data, existing investments, and financial policies
• Producing detailed cashflow models and tax calculations
• Drafting high-quality suitability reports for a range of financial planning scenarios
• Collaborating with advisers to develop tailored financial solutions
• Acting as a technical point of contact for advisers and support staff
• Attending client meetings when required
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to process improvement projects

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a paraplanning role
• CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards it is a plus)
• Strong technical knowledge across financial products and planning strategies
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Confident using financial planning tools (experience with Curo, FE Analytics, and Voyant is desirable but not essential)
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
