Are you an experienced Senior Paraplanner looking to take the next step in your career? Join a dynamic independent financial advisory (IFA) firm in London, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality financial planning support to their clients.

About the Role:

As a Senior Paraplanner, you will work closely with our financial advisers/directors to provide comprehensive research, analysis, and bespoke report writing. Your expertise will help shape tailored financial solutions for our clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial research and analysis to support advisers.
• Prepare detailed suitability reports and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with clients, providers, and advisers to facilitate smooth financial planning.
• Assist in developing strategic financial plans for high-net-worth individuals.
• Mentor junior paraplanners and contribute to team development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, on path to Chartered
• Minimum 3 years of paraplanning experience within an IFA environment.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, IHT, tax planning, and protection products.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
