My client is on a mission to empower clients to make better financial decisions. They are seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their collaborative and dynamic team, helping deliver outstanding advice across investment, pensions, protection, and tax planning.

What You'll Do

• Build strong partnerships with Advisers and the client support team to deliver tailored, high-quality financial plans.
• Support Advisers in client meetings—virtually and face-to-face—providing timely meeting notes and top-tier suitability reports.
• Contribute expert knowledge on pension transfers, defined benefit schemes, and complex tax planning.
• Collaborate closely with Management to create bespoke solutions for clients
• Take part in board meetings to share market insights across the team.
• Play a key role influencing investment standards and provider selections.

What You Bring

• Chartered Status via CII — you’re technically sharp, and it shows.
• 5+ years of Paraplanning experience in a fast-paced financial planning environment.
• Proficiency in various systems
• A proactive mindset for Continual Professional Development and a love for mentoring others.
• Confidence with compliance, research methodology, and client-centric report writing.
