Senior Paraplanner - London (Hybrid) - £65,000 - £75,000

Are you a diploma-qualified Paraplanner (or working towards your Chartership) with a passion for supporting high-net-worth clients? My client, a renowned Independent Wealth Management firm, is expanding and looking to bring on board an experienced Paraplanner to assist at Director level. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Paraplanning Support: You’ll provide bespoke Suitability Reports for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, using your technical knowledge across pensions, investments, inheritance tax (IHT), protection, and more.
• Cash Flow Modelling & Research: Dive deep into market research and Cash Flow Modelling to help shape financial strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and risk profile.
• Annual Reviews: Play a vital role in preparing and presenting annual reviews for UHNW clients, ensuring they receive detailed, well-researched advice.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate on ad-hoc projects, continually improving the firm’s processes and systems, while working towards shaping the future of the firm’s paraplanning strategies.
• Team Development: Mentor and guide more junior paraplanners, while managing complex, technical paraplanning cases. You'll have the chance to develop managerial skills and make an impact on the team’s growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of paraplanning experience, ideally within a wealth management setting, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong technical knowledge of paraplanning processes, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
