Your Role at a Glance

As a Chartered Paraplanner (or working towards) within a Private Office, you will be the go-to technical expert for UHNW and core clients. Working closely with the Directors & Senior Management team, you’ll design and deliver high-quality, personalised financial plans with strategic insight and absolute attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review bespoke financial plans across pensions, investments, and protection
• Prepare detailed suitability reports and recommendations
• Handle complex queries and act as the technical lead for your team
• Maintain compliance and regulatory standards across all activities
• Collaborate with internal leaders and third-party professionals to create joined-up solutions
• Keep abreast of market developments and enhance the client experience through innovation
• Promote a five-star client service culture and values

Your Expertise

• Demonstrated experience working with UHNW clients
• Advanced understanding of products including EIS, SEIS, VCT, BPR, and structured investments
• Knowledge in FX, private equity, alternative investments, protection, and tax planning
• Proficient with Voyant and CRM systems
• Strong grasp of FCA regulations and industry standards
• Exceptional communication, time management, and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently, with precision and professionalism
