Job Description - Senior Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join The Beauty Tech Group as our Influencer Marketing team continues to grow. In this role, you’ll help deliver influencer campaigns across multiple platforms, working with creators of all sizes to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and contribute to sales growth.

Working closely with both the Partnerships and Marketing Directors, creating and managing partnership strategies that blend creativity, data, and strategic thinking, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven beauty tech environment.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Formulating and implementing high impact influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives across multiple regions.
  • Leading end to end influencer campaigns from concept and creator selection through to reporting and optimisation.
  • Defining KPIs and campaign targets, regularly monitoring performance and adjusting strategy to maximise results.
  • Analysing campaign data including engagement, conversion and ROI to produce actionable insights.
  • Developing, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue, market expansion, and long-term business value
  • Establishing and nurturing strong, long term relationships with key influencers, creators and talent partners.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, supporting development and driving a high performance culture.
  • Managing influencer budgets and negotiating contracts to maximise ROI while maintaining campaign impact.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and emerging platforms to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
  • Collaborating cross functionally with brand, social, performance and product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Planning and executing influencer led events and product launches designed to achieve specific business and engagement targets.

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

  • 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or a closely related digital/brand marketing role, ideally within beauty, tech or consumer brands.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands on experience tracking and reporting campaign metrics.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, able to develop effective campaign strategies that resonate with audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident pitching ideas and building strong creator relationships.
    Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and negotiations.
