We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join the pastry team at an exceptional luxury countryside destination in Hampshire.

Set within a beautiful estate surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland and gardens, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a pastry chef who loves working with exceptional ingredients and wants to be part of a creative, quality-driven kitchen.

The food philosophy is centred around seasonality, sustainability and exceptional produce, with ingredients sourced from the estate playing an important role in the offering. From beautifully presented desserts and pastries to breads and afternoon tea, there is plenty of scope for creativity and development.

The Role

As a Senior Pastry Chef De Partie, you will play a vital role within the pastry team, helping to deliver consistently high standards across all areas of pastry production and service.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie within a quality-focused kitchen, preferably Michelin starred or high end Rosette
Strong technical pastry skills and a genuine passion for pastry
Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
A creative approach and enthusiasm for seasonal ingredients
Strong organisation and the ability to manage a busy section
A natural team player with the confidence to support and develop junior chefs
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
Someone who takes real pride in their craft and wants to progress within a high-quality environmentWhat's On Offer
