We are representing an organisation whose business continues to grow at an exceptional pace, so they are expanding their payroll function to support their evolving needs. With a rapidly increasing headcount and recent strategic acquisitions-including the integration of a brand-new business last month -they are seeking talented individuals to join their dynamic payroll team. They are currently transitioning from Sage Line 50 to a more advanced, streamlined payroll system to enhance efficiency and scalability. Additionally, implementing the Kronos Time & Attendance system to further support operational excellence.
You will be joining a forward-thinking payroll department led by their highly supportive and experienced Payroll Manager. She currently leads a team of four, which is set to grow to six in the next 18 months-and will continue to expand in line with the business's ambitious growth trajectory. With over 3,500 employees currently on the payroll and significant increases expected by year-end, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative journey in a thriving organisation.
